  The associates in the store are courteous....however, we were promised the blinds within 7 to 10 days, which was not true. Then we were quoted a price for installation in the store; again, not true. The installer had to be called numerous times; cancelled without notice and the price for installation was more expensive then originally promised. We will never spend money in this store again. Bought the blinds a month ago, only half of the blinds are on my windows. Spend your money somewhere else.

  Great friendly staff, factory that manufactures however is not as quick as it used to be and attention to detail has diminished slightly. But still is the best place to go for blinds. I have 14 blinds in my home from Blinds-to-Go!
